Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DecorAI mobile application, the website at https://www.decoraiapp.net, and related services provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“DecorAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use DecorAI. If you are using DecorAI on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

  • DecorAI offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional AI interior design features. Pricing, trial length, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and in certain cases managed via RevenueCat. Cancellations and refunds follow the platform’s rules.
  • Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically.

4. Acceptable Use

When using DecorAI, you agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or sexually explicit content.
  • Use the Services to create content that infringes another person’s privacy or rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Services beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Resell, rent, or redistribute the Services without written permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You grant DecorAI a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, store, and display this content only to operate the Services — including by sending it to the AI model providers listed in the Privacy Policy (such as Replicate and Fal.ai) solely to generate the redesigns you ask for.

6. AI-Generated Redesigns

DecorAI uses AI models to produce interior design concepts. Generated images are creative suggestions, not architectural plans. They may contain imperfections or details that are not physically buildable. You are responsible for verifying feasibility with a qualified professional before making purchases, renovations, or structural changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The DecorAI name, logo, app design, code, illustrations, and curated style library are owned by Rocket Digital Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in those materials except as necessary to use the Services.

8. Third-Party Services

DecorAI integrates with third-party services, including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated redesigns will match your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using DecorAI at any time and delete your account in the app settings. We may suspend or terminate the Services, or your access to them, if you materially breach these Terms or as required by law.

12. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from these Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts of Hong Kong, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
