This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“DecorAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our AI interior design app (“DecorAI”) on iOS and Android, our website at https://www.decoraiapp.net, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

Room photos and generated redesigns. You can upload photos of your rooms to receive AI-generated interior design concepts. These photos and generated images are treated as your content.
Account data. If you create an account, we receive identifiers such as an email address and authentication tokens.
Payment and subscription data. Subscription purchases, renewals, and entitlements are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We receive receipts and subscription status, not full card details.
Customer support messages. If you contact us, we keep the content of your message and our reply.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Device & usage data. Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, approximate region, and anonymised usage events.
Analytics identifiers. Cookies and SDK identifiers used by our analytics providers to measure traffic, app performance, and feature use.
Advertising identifiers. Where you have consented, limited identifiers used for advertising measurement and attribution.

2. How We Use Information

Provide the AI interior design Services and generate redesigns you requested.
Maintain, debug, and improve the app and website.
Process subscriptions and manage entitlements.
Personalise content, recommendations, and style suggestions.
Measure and improve marketing performance.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

DecorAI relies on a small set of carefully chosen third-party services. Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and processes information only as needed to deliver the related feature.

RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions, trials, receipts, and entitlements.
Firebase (Google) — authentication, app storage, real-time data, crash reporting, and remote configuration.
Google AdMob — limited advertising in certain surfaces of the app, subject to your consent where required.
OpenAI — text understanding and prompt processing related to style descriptions and design assistance.
Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure for secure hosting and API services.
Replicate — running AI image models, including xAI Grok Imagine Image, used to generate interior redesign concepts.
Fal.ai — additional AI model inference used in selected redesign pipelines.
Google Analytics — website traffic and aggregated event analytics on https://www.decoraiapp.net.
Meta Pixel — website and campaign measurement for Meta platforms.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as improving the Services and preventing abuse), your consent (for non-essential cookies and advertising identifiers), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You can delete your account and associated content from within the app settings.
You can opt out of non-essential tracking in your device settings and on our website.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact hello@rocketdigital.ai to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and operational needs. When the purpose is exhausted, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Children

DecorAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. International Transfers

DecorAI is operated from Hong Kong. Information may be processed in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep DecorAI safe by design.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
